The brief
Four brands, one system
Budgetrooms and Roomguide launched in 2007 as a place for independent hotels and B&Bs to list their rooms for a flat annual fee, with no commission taken on bookings. Guests book and pay the hotel direct.
We're bringing the brands back on a modern platform. Rather than four separate websites to build, update and pay for, we wanted one system behind them all — with each brand still looking and feeling like its own site.
What we delivered
- A custom multi-site CMS — every brand runs from one system
- Branding switches automatically by web address: logo, colours and content
- Pages can be shared by all brands or built for just one
- Hotel listing packages priced by number of brands, for 3, 6 or 12 months, paid online
- Each hotel chooses its own availability (open/closed, or rooms per date) and pricing (per room or per guest)
- Built ready to connect to Hotelbeds for wider room supply
