
The challenge
Northamptonshire School of Flying (Flyer Magazines flying school of the year) approached us to redevelop their existing website with the main goal being to turning more website visitors into potential customers. NSOF wanted a website with a big impact and a wow factor.
The solution
The challenge, although simple in its outline, required an in-depth review of how we turn website visitors into customer who contact the flying school for further information or to book a flying experience gift voucher. We decided that impact was they key, which we believed could be delivered from web video and powerful flash animation.
NSOF provided us with video footage of their fleet including in-flight video. We turned this into a powerful showcase of what is on offer at the flying school. This was then backed up with “call to actions” which prompts the visitor to make an online enquiry of call NSOF directly.
The site traffic was also increased through organic listings within major search engines. We concentrated on local searches with keywords such as “flying school Northampton”, “learn to fly uk” and “become a pilot” all provide first page results within Google and other major search engines across the world.
The result
An immersive website with interactive web video, content management (latest news, team roster and aircraft rates) and strong search engine optimisation which drives targeted traffic to the website which then are converted to potential customer through online enquiries.
