Newedge Run and Sail in Corporate 20:12 Sports
Here at Newedge, we're enjoying the summer of sport by getting involved in a number of different sporting activities. Following our recent Table Tennis competition in the Northamptonshire Sports 20:12 Corporate Games, we have been busy with Athletics and Sailing!
The Athletics consisted of a 5k relay race, with two of us running 500 metres, one running 1000 metres and one running 2000 metres. We came 3rd place which we were very happy with and received our first medal!
The Sailing consisted mostly of learning the basics of sailing and included a short relay race at the end to test our skills. Succeeding in first place, Newedge Media won a beautiful gold medal!
